Met Robbie when I first started showing Dachshunds Went to his house to breed my girl. He was always happy to see everyone at the shows and had a smile on his face. He will be missed.
My heart is with the Addison family in this time .
I’ve known Robbie since I was a little kid just learning how to ride at Country Gentleman. I’ll always remember how generous,funny, hard working and very knowledgeable he was. R.I.P. Robbie I love you and never going to forget you. Love Lisa’s little sister.
I remember Robbie, when I first got my horse Hunter. He was always kind and he always gave good advice. I will always remember him fondly I know he will be greatly missed in the community. When they say he was one of a kind they were not kidding, always had a great sense of humor. Especially when I caught bird mites and I didn't know how to get rid of them. Robbie told me how get rid of them. He saved me from a lot of scratching. Overall he was great guy generous person he will be missed rest in peace.
My buddy, We had so many laughs together. You are always in my heart . Be proud and be in peace. Your son and his family and crew are doing a great job. They are keeping your dream and hard work alive. I will never forget you and relive great moments and laughter every time I go to the feed store. RIP
I have known Robbie since before Hurricane Andrew. Meeting him at first I thought he was gruff and it took some getting used to. After Andrew it was like a switch turned. He was the nicest man and was always helpful. He supported the SFTR completely and I was always the one asking for donations.
I used to sit and listen to him talk about his vacations and they sounded wonderful.
Robbie will be missed by me and many people.

I have many fond memories of Robbie since I got involved with horses (again) in the mid 80's, but my fondest memory is the last time I saw him. I had moved to Deland and was down for a visit about a year ago. Realizing I had left my wallet home, and having one check with me, I went to him to ask if he'd cash it. He gave me "you're crazy" look, opened his drawer and handed me cash. He said "send me a check when you get home if you think of it". That's the Robbie I have admired for over thirty years. You were loved by everyone you met! RIP Robbie! My deepest condolences to all his family and friends!
