We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our beloved brother, uncle and friend Fermin Samper, 68, on December 20, 2023.
Fermin is survived by his sisters Diana Zayas Hernandez and Barbara Hernandez, nephews Michael Zayas, Manny Zayas, Luis Hernandez, Brendon Hernandez and niece Melody Hernandez. Fermin will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
