My deepest condolences to Fermin's family especially his sisters Diana and Barbara whom I co worked with and was also their friend. Fermin and I were friends and coworkers since 1993. Our last years working for the court system paired us together on the same floor at the Courthouse Center. We would speak daily and shared our likes about cars, watches and current affairs. After he and I later retired we maintained in touch all the way up to the beginning of December. He was a genuine good human being that showed his kindness to all his friends and coworkers. He will be missed but not forgotten. Rest in Peace my Friend.
