Dr. Horacio A Leyva resident of Bay Harbor Island, Florida formerly of Cuba passed away on July 4th, 2021 at the age of 85 years. Horacio is survived by his beloved spouse Blanca Amada Lagomacino; his loving sons Henry A Leyva & Frank A Leyva; his loving daughter Laura A Leyva; cherished grandchildren Bella A Leyva & Leyla A Leyva. Daughter in law ; Rachel Medina. Horacio will be truly missed by all his family and friends whom loved him dearly.
