Dr. Horacio A Leyva resident of Bay Harbor Island, Florida formerly of Cuba passed away on July 4th, 2021 at the age of 85 years. Horacio is survived by his beloved spouse Blanca Amada Lagomacino; his loving sons Henry A Leyva & F Read Obituary
Horacio and I shared our friendship for more than 40 years. We worked together in many occasions and fish together in many occasions also since fishing was our favorite hobby.
I saw his children grow and shared with his family in several occasions.
I have lost my best friend. Rest in peace Bebo.

Horacio was affectionately known to us as "Bebo" and was a kind, gentle and accepting man of my daughter, Rachel Medina who married his son, Frank. The union of his son and my daughter blessed us with 2 granddaughters, Bella and Leyla. I am so grateful our granddaughters were able to give him lots of "besos y abrasos" throughout the years. We shared many moments and memories with "Bebo" and the "Miami Family" here in Colorado when he visited Frank and the "Colorado family." His suffering has ended and for this we are grateful. He left us with many beautiful memories of his love from which we draw comfort. We knew this wonderful man affectionately as "Abuelo" when his granddaughters spoke of him or to him. "Bebo" rest in peace knowing you are remembered fondly by your "Colorado family."
