To my beautiful friend Barbara, may your light shine on! Love you girl.
My dear friend Barbara it was just June when we were last together. My heart is broken and still in awe that we can't have one of our fun filled conversations as we usually do. You were so dear and special to me! The best coworker ever, who always kept work fun. You were my bestest bestie and my heart aches. You left a mark on my life, so many students, and so many others. I love you and I truly do appreciate your everlasting friendship. Rest in peace 🕊️️ my friend. Wanda Ashley Young
Barbara and I met and became friends shortly after she came to Miami.
Barbara Epps Justice:
- [ ] was her maid of honor
- [ ] the mother of my god-sons; remember “Kelly” and I looking out of the window waiting for her and the “new” baby (Adrian) to arrive home
- [ ] who wore heels like they were permanently bonded to her feet
- [ ] my earthly confidant
- [ ] my friend—of laughter, of pain, of truth
- [ ] will be deeply missed
Where do I start and where do I end? I will say this, beautiful, smart, classy, intelligent, and full of love and laughter. Most importantly, true to herself and others. Thank you for being such a great TEACHER and MENTOR to my two children (Keith and Chantelle) you touched tremendously with your stern and caring ways. I will always remember this: Ms. Justice was helping with monitoring the students on the P.E. Court. She was telling my daughter (Chantelle) that she needed to sit down, like all the other students (on the court or her book bag). Chantelle told Ms. Justice; my mom said that pretty girls don't get dirty. Ms. Justice told me that she couldn't say anything but turn away from Chantelle in laughter. That has been one of our favorite memories with Ms. Justice at Caribbean K-8 Center. As well as, countless other memories. She was loved by plenty and truly missed by many. My heartfelt condolences, again to Kelvin, Adrian (Latisha), her fiance, and family. May the Father wrap his loving arms around you all. Her smile was incredibly beautiful and will be missed, as well. Blessings, The Martin Family (Ms. Martin, Keith, Chantelle, and Frantasia) :dove_of_peace::pray::skin-tone-4:🤍:skin-tone-4::dove_of_peace:
My sincere condolences to the family. Barbara was my classmate of 1976, Go Tigers. And she was one of the prettiest girl on the Pom Pom Squad. RIP dear friend🙏🏿❤️🙏🏿
