Our Story
We've learned a lot about caring for families over the years. We realize that we aren't just caring for a loved one, but the entire family. People come to us during their most difficult times, and we respond with kindness, understanding and expertise. Memorial Plan is established, with Graceland Memorial Park North as one of its first properties.

Claudia Centeno Bermudez
Managing Partner, Operations
Claudia got her start in the funeral profession as an office clerk in 1993. The following year, she was promoted into a role managing an operations department for seven funeral homes. After 21 years in this role, Claudia was promoted to serve as an office manager and funeral director intern. Upon obtaining her funeral director license, she became a senior director at that location and has since exceled to become a Managing Partner of Operations.
“I believe in this profession,” Claudia says. “I have the empathy needed to assist all families with dignity and respect who are in the process of losing a loved one and need support from a professional in the funeral profession.”
Mayensi Cruz Duarte
Funeral Home Office Manager
Mayensi Cruz Duarte started in the funeral profession in January of 2013. Mayensi is passionate about helping families, who are going through a painful moment, and helping to ease that trying moment for them.
She enjoys time with her two children that are the center of her universe and loves riding bikes and swimming.
