“Our experience at Memorial plan Westchester funeral home was excellent. Despite the sadness of losing our father, the staff at Memorial plan made the whole process a lot easier. The whole process was flawless, from the planning phase to the burial phase. Everything was flawless. Staff was constantly checking to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Their attention to detail was amazing. I want to thank all of the staff for making this experience bearable for us, and for helping us say goodbye to our dear father in a way that reflects our love and respect for the legacy he left behind. Previous to my father within less than a year, we also had to use their services for the death of my brother-in-law, and we also had the same wonderful experience. I highly recommend them.”

“El día de ayer, Domingo 03-02-2025 arribé faltando 10 minutos para las 5 PM al Memorial Plan, el custodio que estaba en la puerta principal por West Flagler me hizo una señal que ya estaban cerrados; aún así crucé para pedirle que me diera cinco minutos y el señor me respondió que esa no era hora de hacer visita. Le dije señor, sólo cinco minutos y volvió a repetir lo antes mencionado y que las visitas se hacían antes de las 4 PM. Nunca antes me había pasado algo así y menos donde descansan los restos de tu familiares. El trato fue pésimo y ofensivo.”

“The professionalism of the San Jose Palm Funeral Home team of Brianna Gamboa, Mayensi Cruz Duarte and Claudia Centeno Bermudez, with Marisol Ferrer from Miami Memorial Park was outstanding. Ours was an unusual request involving the transfer of our mother from Miami to another city, out of state. Each step of the process was treated with respect for our mother, and endless patience in answering all of our questions. Their kindness and expertise was much appreciated. ”
