Yasmina Pietryak's Obituary
Yasmina E. Pietryak passed away on March 22, 2026.
She was the beloved wife of Robert C. Pietryak, and a devoted mother to Yasmin M. Pietryak and Elaine (Justin) Johnson.
Yasmina was born on January 25, 1944, in Santiago de Cuba. She emigrated to the United States in the early 1960s, where she later met the love of her life, Robert Pietryak. They were married in New York on September 28, 1968, later moving to Miami, Florida where they shared a life rooted in love and devotion.
A fiery, fiercely strong, and bold woman of the Lord, she never faltered in her faith. She was a loving wife and mother. A spiritual mother to many, bringing her family and countless others to the knowledge of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her daughter, Yasmin.
Yasmina passed away due to the effects of Alzheimer’s disease. It was a long and difficult road, but she is healed and reunited with those that went before her. She is cherished by her family, who live in the hope and assurance that they will be reunited with her again.
