López was my weight training and baseball coach in high school. I have nothing but great memories with him—on the field and in the weight room every year. We always shared great laughs and good times. He was a great man. Thank you, Coach. God bless.
After he retired I ran into him at Publix. He was so mad that Online P.E. was an option for kids now. I promised him I would always advise my students against online P.E. We laughed about that. RIP Coach.

Earliest memory was trying to rip the loop off his Giant shirt when we were in Junior High at Kinloch.
Several years after high school I met up with Willie who was playing men’s softball with my future husband Jerry at Duffy’s Tavern. That team was quite something. Lots of stories and great memories.
