Vincent Balseiro, 95, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2023 in Hialeah, Florida. Vincent was born on August 17, 1927 in , Cuba. Vincent worked as a Business owner distributing truck parts most of his life. Vincent was well loved and will truly be missed by all who knew him. Vincent is survived by the members of his family and all the family friends he cherished
