Victor Manuel Duque, 75, formerly of Colombia, passed away on January 12, 2022 in El Paso, Texas.
A Visitation is scheduled for Friday, January 21, 2022 between the hours of 6-11pm inside Chapel E at Memorial Plan Westchester.
A Funeral Mass will begin at 9:15am at Our Lady of the Divine Providence Catholic Church followed by the procession to Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery.
