Victor was the loving father of: Victor Junior Barrios, Angel Gregorio Barrios, Yvette Lucrecia Barrios, and Viviana Olga Barrios. He was a dear brother to: Leslie Barrios, Alvaro Barrios, and Yuri Barrios. Victor was cherished by his grandchildren: Victor Eleiuth Barrios, Liyah Marie Custudio, Andrea Isabella Hernandez, and Melanie Amelia Hernandez.
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not
