Ubaldo Ramos' Obituary
Ubaldo Ramos was born in Cuba on February 28, 1931. He lived the rest of his years in Miami until his passing January 26, 2020. He is survived by his partner Mark Valansi. He is is the loving father of Ana Maria Neal. He is the cherished grandfather of Pilar Ramos Nunez and Vincent Neal. He will be remembered forever and always.
