Tulshi Ram Bhikhari's Obituary
Tulshi Ram Bhikhari of Cutler Bay passed away on December 7, 2021 at the age of 71. He was born in Guyana on November 17, 1950 to Puran Bhikhari and Sukhia Lallram.
If you asked 100 people who Tony was, you would get a different story from each. A simple man. A funny guy. A great singer. The mail man.
Tony was some of these, or perhaps he was all of them. But what we know for certain is that he was a loving husband, a doting father, a brother, a grandfather, a great grandfather, uncle, brother-in-law and a true friend.
He was flawed yes. But his love was unconditional. And, It does not matter who he was; what matters is the legacy that he leaves behind. His kindness, smile, singing voice and passion will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Although he was ill over the past few years, he was a force to be reckoned with in his formative years. But, that's too long of a story to tell here.
He was never a man of many words as he expressed his love through his actions. And while he did not value material things, he valued hard work and true relationships. That is evident by the outpouring of love and support the family is receiving.
A few fun facts about him: he preferred chocolate over vanilla, Chinese over Italian, Duck instead of Chicken Curry, Jerry Springer over the news, Roti instead of rice, and believe it or not... he liked Vodka instead of Bacardi.
The services are as follows: Viewing at Branam Funeral Home located at 809 N Krome Ave , Homestead, FL 33030. Friday December 10 from 5pm-830pm. Saturday December 11 from 10am-12pm. Cremation is on Saturday December 11 immediately after viewing.
On behalf of the entire family, we would like to thank you all for your continued love and support during this difficult time.
