Tito Roman, 84, resident of Miami, Florida, formerly of Illinois and Puerto Rico, passed away November 9th of 2019. He is survived by his beloved wife, Felicita; loving daughters Myrian Del Rio and Sylvia Perryman; four cherished grandchildren and one adored great-granddaughter.
