Thomas Edward Quenelle's Obituary
Thomas Edward Quenelle, 88, passed away on July 10, 2019 in Aventura Hospital. Thomas was born on July 13, 1930 in Louden, Tennesse. He owned and operated his own catering company which brought him much joy. He had a great sense of humor and would put a smile on everyone’s face that was around him. He will truly be missed by all who loved and knew him especially his “orange sneakers” that he would wear to church. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Staton Memorial Baptist Church, 50 NE 119 Street, North Miami, Florida 33161. A poem that describes his life is: “Weep not for me though I am gone into that gentle night. Grieve if you will, But not for long. Upon my soul’s sweet Flight I am at peace, my soul is al rest. There is no need for tears for with your love I was so blessed. For all those many years There is no pain, I suffer not, The fear now all is gone. Put now these things out of yours thoughts, In your memory I live on. Remember not my fight for breath. Remember not the strife. Please do not dwell upon my death, But celebrate my life.”
