Theresa C. Normandia's Obituary
Theresa Normandia, age 81, of Miami, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 25, 2025.
Born on December 31, 1943, in New York, she was the beloved daughter of Benjamin and Mabel Caliendo. Theresa lived a life marked by kindness, love, devotion, and family. She will be remembered for her warmth, strength, sense of humor, and love of old movies and detective shows.
She is survived by daughters, Janine Fernandez and Mia Filomena Santana, sons-in-law, Arturo Francisco Fernandez and Roberto Santana, Grandchildren, Jessica Williamson (Phillipo Williamson, Jr.), Julianne Fernandez, Emma Jane Theresa Santana and Giovanni Michael Santana, and great-grandchildren Phillipo Antonio Williamson III and Joanna Mabel Williamson, who will forever cherish her memory and the countless ways she touched their lives.
Theresa was deeply devoted to her family and her greatest joy came from spending time with loved ones, cooking authentic Italian meals, watching her favorite TV shows, playing solitaire, and sending everyone texts on her iPad. Our "Guppie" was a caregiver who always put others before herself. Her presence was a source of comfort and love to everyone who knew her.
A viewing will be held on May 30, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at Memorial Plan Westchester 9800 Coral Way Miami, Fl.
She will be missed more than words can express and remembered always with love.
