Teresa M Pumariega's Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Teresa Pumariega announces her passing Monday, May
17, 2021. Teresa passed peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her three loving sons and
grandchildren at the age of 102.
Teresa was born on October 23, 1918, in Cuba. Teresa and her family came to the United States
in 1967.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Miguel Pumariega. Teresa is survived by her
children, Miguel and his wife Dania, Enrique and his wife Gina, and Juan and his wife Lisa. She
has thirteen grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild.
Teresa (Mima) will be truly missed by her children, grandchildren, and family. She was an
exceptional wife, mother, and grandmother. Teresa was the Matriarch of her family.
Teresa’s legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone who loved her.

at Funeraria Memorial Plan Westchester located at 9800 sw 24th Street.
Procesion to cemetery leaving from the funeral home at 1:30pm
Burial at 2:00pm at Miami Memorial Park located at 6200 sw 77th ave.
