It is with deepest sorrow; we're informing you of the death of our beloved Sukhranie Makhan (Suk). Sukhranie Makhan passed away at 99 years old on Thursday January 12th, 2023 in her home in Miami Florida. She was born on December 1st, 1923 in Georgetown Guyana and lived on lot 10 Delph Street Campbellville. Sukhranie was the gardener of the public library in Georgetown and was a well-known member of her community. She was well respected and loved by all of her family and friends and will be dearly missed. She is the daughter of the late Makhan and Etwaria. Sister of the late Sooklall Pujai and Molana. Wife of the late Ramnarayan. Mother of the late Sujie and Deodat and surviving son, Premo (Sase). Mother-in-law of Jean and the late Buddy Latchman. Aunt of Routie, Savtri, Indra, Seeta, Lall, and Taj Paul. Grandmother of Shanti, Rajesh, Dian, Vijay, Geeta, Seata, Shoba, Satish, Vidya, Usha, Nalini and 7 others and late Suresh.Grandmother-in-law of Patrick and Gopal. Great Grand-Mother of Aneesa, Sohail, Avery, Raco, Emily, Esther, Kevin, Christopher, Smita, Navesh, Michael, Akash, and 7 others. A viewing for family and friends will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 16th, 2023 and a funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023 at Branam Funeral Home (809 North Krome Avenue Homestead, FL 33030.
