Dearly beloved my name is Luis Hernandez. Sergio may god rest is soul would call me Luisito. I considered Sergio one my mentors. His wealth on knowledge in the food industry was by far superior than anyone I ever meet. He was my teacher not only in my career but also in life . He was a guide in my life a beacon of light. I know he is in heaven. I pray when is my turn he will be waiting for me at the gates of heaven to vouch for me and show me the way . My deepest condolences may god bless you in Jesus name I pray .
