Santiaga Morales' Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Zunilda “Zuny” Morales who left us peacefully on November 22, 2025. Born on July 25, 1945, in Cárdenas, Matanzas, Cuba, she built a life defined by love, perseverance, and unwavering devotion to her family.
She was the cherished wife of the late Jorge M. Morales, with whom she shared a lifetime of dedication and partnership. Together, they created a strong and loving family that continues to honor their legacy.
She is survived by her children, Lissy Hasas, Jorge M. Morales, and Jose M. Morales, who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Dan Hasas, Elias Hasas, Gabriela M. Morales, Jorge M. Morales, Isabella S. Morales, Elizabeth Morales, and Jose F. Morales, each of whom brought her immense joy.
Her warmth, wisdom, and compassion touched all who knew her. She will be remembered for her strength, her generosity, and the deep love she offered so freely.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025 at Memorial Plan Westchester Funeral Home, located at 9800 SW 24th Street, Miami, FL 33165, from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM. A funeral procession will depart from the funeral home on Tuesday at 9:30 AM for the 10:00 AM burial at Memorial Plan at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, 6200 SW 77th Ave, Miami, FL 33143.
She will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will continue to guide and inspire those who loved her.
May she rest in eternal peace.
