Rene Andres Centeno's Obituary
Rene Andres was born in Camaguey, Cuba, to Jesus Centeno and Clara Socarrás de Centeno. He was the second of three children. Rene immigrated to the United States in 1955, and lived in Miami, Florida, where he had a number of jobs, including positions in sales and security. Rene was generous, kind and funny. He always made us laugh. His smile would light up his face and bring joy to our hearts. Rene is survived by his wife Maria Teresa, and two children, Rene Centeno and Barbara Ann Centeno. He also leaves behind many family members and friends that are like family including: his brother-in-law and sister in-law, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Parkinson’s Foundation in his honor, www.parkinson.org.
