Raul Santiago Ceballos, 85, resident of Miami, Florida, formerly of Cuba, passed away on February 13th of 2020. He is survived by his wife Violeta Ceballos; loving daughter Elizabeth Delgado and son-in-law Osvaldo Delgado; three dear siblings; and three cherished grandchildren.
