Ramon Diaz Sr. passed away at the blessed age of 98 on June 15, 2022. Ramon was born April 4, 1924 in Cuba. He is survived by his wife of 74 years, Rosa and two children, Ramon Diaz Jr. and Rosa Melia, 5 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. Ramon was a beloved, local business owner who impacted a whole community of residents in the Princeton area. He was known for his cheery persona and endless jokes. "Ito" was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend. Ito loved to play dominoes with his friends and family. He loved traveling, red wine, baseball, and reading the newspaper. Ito was a very caring man. He lived a long and healthy life. Ito will be missed dearly by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
