Rafaela Mosquera, 89, resident of Miami, Florida, and formerly of Palma Soriano, Santiago de Cuba; Brooklyn, NY; and Manhattan, NY, passed away November 3rd of 2019. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Arnoldo in 2011; and is survived by her loving children, Elizabeth Bernard and Arnold Mosquera; and cherished grandson Clayton Anthony Smith.
