Rafael Garcia, 92, passed away on July 27, 2020 in Miami, Florida. Rafael was born in Cuba on December 27, 1927 in Cuba. Rafael was well loved and will be missed by all who loved and knew him. Rafael is survived by his Wife: Ondina Garcia and, his beloved children Marilyn Hernandez, Rafael Garcia Jr, and Angel Garcia.
