Phillip Steven Gilbert, 76, of Homestead Florida, passed away August 4, 2023 at the Palace Gardens in Homestead Florida. He was born August 25, 1946 in Urbana Illinois to Owen G. Gilbert and Irmgard Elsa Fiebig. In addition ot his wife Ida, he leaves a host of family and friends to cherish his memory.
