Ofelia Felisa Otero, formerely of Cuba passed away in Hialeah, Florida. A visitation is scheduled on Tuesday March 1st from 9 am until 12:30 PM. At 12:30 PM we will be departing the funeral home for the burial service taking place at Our Lady Of Mercy Cemetery beginning at 1 PM.
