Ofelia what an amazing women she was always happy and smiling she lived music and always ready to dance I called her La quinceañera because she so full of life. Ofelia may God have you in his glory and may you rest in peace with your loved ones in paradise we will miss you Abuela!

From the very first day I met Grandma, she welcomed me with open arms and an abundance of warmth. Her love and kindness embraced me from the start, making me feel like part of the family instantly. Regardless of her age, she never hesitated to inquire if my husband and I had eaten or if we wanted something to drink whenever we entered her home.
Grandma was gracious, kind, and truly beautiful, both inside and out. She always carried herself with grace, her nails perfectly painted and her hair impeccably styled. It was fascinating to watch her, full of energy and always ready to embrace whatever life brought her way. One of my fondest memories is watching her dance to "La Pollera Colora," her favorite song, with such joy and vitality.
I will deeply miss her vibrant spirit and the stories she shared. She has finally found rest in the arms of the Lord, and is reunited with her beloved Alfredo, whom she cherished deeply. I can only imagine the joy she brings as she dances with the angels in heaven.

My condolences to the entire Napoles clan on the loss of Ofelia… matriarch, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother.
I always thought of Ofelia as Grandma… and that’s because the first time I met her, I asked what I should call her and she said “You can call me grandma.” And I did… for 45 years. As someone who basically had no grandmothers, she was my surrogate abuela. And when last we spoke a month or two ago, she still remembered me… which was an honor given that she was 104 years old, memory spotty, and considering how many friends Vivian has and Viv is just one of her grandchildren.
It is pretty amazing that this petite woman had just one husband for nearly 80 years and just one son and yet she had dozens of grandchildren, great grandchildren and even great great grandchildren in her lifetime and that she was close and beloved by them All. That’s a testament to a life well-lived. Is there any blessing greater than that?
Grandma, I love you… and you will be missed. Rest in peace and enjoy the glory of God. Few people I’ve ever known are actually deserving of all the blessings they receive. You were one. Thank you for allowing me to be your surrogate grandchild. You were a blessing to me.

In loving memory of a beautiful soul. May you rest in peace.

One of my favorite people on this planet! if you knew her, she treated you like family, lucky for me I was family.
Love you Tia
For the family of Ofelia Napoles.
