Octavio L. Mendizabal resident of Miramar, Florida formerly of Cuba passed away on October 10th, 2021 at the age of 75. Octavio will truly be missed by all who knew Him. Octavio is survived by his Wife Margarita Mendizabal and his loving Daughters Maria Lisset Mendizabal, and Leslie A. Perez-Mendizabal and his Son Octavio E. Mendizabal.Octavio is the dear Brother of Gloria E. Piedra, and Ameila Teresa Hernandez. Octavio is the cherished grandfather of Gabriella E. Mendizabal, Jennifer M. Lopez, Daniella A. Mendizabal, Isabella A. Mendizabal, and Luke A. Mendizabal.
