Noelia G Bethencourt was born in Cuba on January 10, 1941. She came to the United States and lived the rest of her years in Miami until her passing on November 2, 2020. She is survived by her beloved daughter Veronica Bethencourt her dear brother Nereida Peña and her cherished grandson Jonathan Rafael Vargas. She will be cherished and remembered forever. B
