Noel Oswaldo Algarin was born on April 28, 1928 in Cuba. He came to the Unites States and lived the rest of his years in Hialeah until his passing on February 5, 2021. he was the loving father of Nereida Vasquez and Reveca Sotolongo. He was the dear brother of Omar Algarin. He was also the cherished grandfather of Rolando, Roberto Noel, Daniel, Ruben Noel, and Elizabeth. Finally, he was the adored great grandfather of Xavier, Sebastian, Emilio, Christian, Bryana, Nathan, Aaron, Ruben Noel, Victoria, and Isabella.
