Millard Alva Baker, 83, resident of Sunrise, Florida, formerly of Fort Monroe, Virginia, passed away August 11th of 2019. He was predeceased by his son Jeffrey Baker in 1963; and is survived by his loving children Eugene “Gene” Baker, Vicki Knowles, Catherine Graves, and Paula Baxter.
