Zayani Mandigo
I remember the first time I heard Michelle say, “dad”. The look of joy on her face would have made a grown man cry. It was the same look she had on her face when she saw the heirloom family blanket our grandmother had made of all of her grandchildren. Her name was on it too! Those are my favorite memories of Michelle, her tender side.
Even only knowing her a short while, I have known of her my entire life. My sister Michelle will be missed, but she will live in our hearts forever.
