Mike was ALWAYS and is my best friend. Even if we had not seen each other in years, it did not matter at all. It's hard for me to write this with tears running down my face. We travelled all of the Caribbean together... Club Meds to be sure, on cruises together (where on formal dress nights he would wear a tuxedo t-shirt and of course flip flops) and trained hard and partied hard for a long time. My youth will always have Mike's memory as part of it. His shit eating grin and flip flops are a lasting trademark for anyone that was lucky enough to know him. We first met on our apartment balconies in Miami. I was blasting The Alman Brothers "Eat a Peach" album and he got right on it! It was lasting friendship from that moment. My thoughts are with his beautiful (inside and out) Madog Mary. I have been praying for her since I heard this news. God give her the strength and fortitude in tis time of pain and sorrow... I God's name I pray. I love you both... Rob
