Marta was my neighbor when I was little. I remember making merigue, playing with their dog Cupid, and singing and dancing on Saturday mornings! Later, when we moved, she and Miguel were at my house every Saturday night, playing dominoes, cards and Loteria. They would let me win and then I would take my pennies to my piggy bank. They were family to me, my aunt and uncle, even though we were not related. Marta and I would have girl talks and she always found a way to make me laugh. She had the best hugs! She always had the biggest smile on her face and the warmest heart.
My deepest condolences to her son and daughters, her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
I hope Miguel and Marta and my parents are once again playing dominoes and LoterĂa, and having a great time in heaven!
Love you all! Sending you all hugs and prayers! May they rest in peace!
