Libertad Torres' Obituary
Libertad Torres, resident of Hialeah, formerly of Cuba has passed away. She was the loving mother to only son Carlos Torres, and dearest mother in law to Polly. She cherished her two granddaughters, Allyson and Ashley, and adored her great-grandson Austin Ingram. She looked forward to meeting her twin great-grandbabies who are on their way, but she will now watch over them from heaven. Ever loving, ever wonderful, Libertad was a fine woman, who was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Miguel of over 60 years, and will truly be missed by her family and friends.
If Roses Grow in Heaven
By Dolores M. Garcia
If roses grow in heaven,
Lord please pick a bunch for me,
Place them in my Mother’s arms
and tell her they’re from me.
Tell her I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for awhile.
Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day,
but there’s an ache within my heart
that will never go away.
