Lakhram Ragunath's Obituary
On Thursday, June 29, 2023, Lakhram Ragunath, passed away. He was seventy-eight years old. Born to Ragunath and Rupan Sanchoo on March 15, 1945. Lakhram leaves behind his four children: daughters - Soneta (52) and Davika (50); sons – Anand (48) and Vishnu (Josh) (38). He also leaves behind his grandchildren – Barbara Lopez, Amir Mohamed, Shirinah Mohamed, Anand Lakhram Jr., Sophia Lakhram, and Della Lakhram and great-children – Michael, Roxanne, Robert, Corey, and Jordan. Also, his eight (8) brothers and two (2) sisters and many of his nephews and nieces, and cousins. From since his childhood, as being one of the eldest of his siblings, Lakhram worked as a farmer and truck driver to help his parents to take care of his siblings. Later in his adulthood, he continued to work as a truck driver and as an apartment maintenance worker to support his wife and children. Coming from a big family, he always wanted his family and friends around him. He loved his family deeply. Lakhram has always wanted the best for his children and family. Lakhram loved fishing, gardening, listening to his Indian music and watching his old western and Indian movies. In June 2020, he lost the love of his life and within the last three years, as he tried to moved on, his health deteriorated due to kidney problems.
The funeral services will be held at Branam Funeral Home, 809 North Krome Ave, Homestead, FL, 33030. The viewing will on Friday, July 7, 2023, at 7:00 P.M.; The service and cremation will be on Saturday, July 8, 2023, starting at 9:00 AM.
