Beyond his musical talents, Joseph was a devoted husband. He shared 52 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Anne Nowland. Their enduring love and companionship were an inspiration to all who knew them.
Joseph’s family mourns his loss but cherishes the memories they shared. His surviving sisters include Suzie Hibbard and Mary Colleen Nowland. Additionally, he is survived by his half-sister, Mary Doris Howard, and step-sisters Patricia Hines and Shirley Strong.
