Jose Rouco was born in Havana, Cuba on January 26th, 1939 to parents Jose Rouco and America C. Rodriguez. He passed away on November 18th, 2019 in Miami Florida. He is survived by his loving wife Alicia M Rouco, his son Jose R Rouco, daughter Nuria M Rouco, sister Glorida Caridad C. Rouco, and Grandchildren Joseph Alexander and Joshua Ace Rouco.
