Jose R. Caballero's Obituary
Jose R. Caballero, 98, passed away at his residence surrounded by his loving family on February 7, 2020 in Miramar, Florida. Jose was born on August 31, 1921 in Cuba. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will truly be missed by all who loved and knew him. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date and time. A poem that reflects his life is: "I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one. I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways of happy times and laughing times and bright sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun of happy memories that I leave when life is done."
