My brother, John, was quietly my protector during important stages in my life. The first time I went roller skating was on the blocked off street by our house, there was John with his friends who watched out for me and taught me how to skate and more importantly how to stop. When it came time for me to ride a bicycle, I learned on John's bike, even though it was a boy's bike. Driving a car came next and I practiced driving in John's car and was able to pass the driving test and earn a license. He was generous with the use of his car for me to get to school activities and piano lessons. On my wedding day when it was time to leave for our honeymoon, you guessed it, we used John's better than our car, automobile, to safely travel. John was a blessing to me, and then he was blessed with Rose and Carolyn. Love, Carol Wasowicz Gallagher 💓
