Jason P. Diaz formerly of Cuba, passed away in Miami, Florida on December 19th, 2021. A viewing is scheduled at Memorial Plan Westchester Funeral Home on December 28th, 2021 from 6-11 PM.
On the following day, December 29th, a burial service is scheduled at Caballero Rivero Dade South Cemetery at 10 AM.
