James Perez resident of Miami, Florida formerly of New Jersey, USA passed away on April 21, 2021 at the age of 61 years. James is survived by his beloved spouse Sandra Cruz; his loving daughters: Crystal Perez, and Brianna Perez. A loving mother: Mercedes Perez. two loving sisters: Carolyn Perez & husband Angel Alfonso; Christine Medine & husband Alejandro Medina. Nephews: Justin, Zoe, Jennifer, Jackie, and Alex. James will be truly missed by all his family and friends who loved him dearly. The family has arranged for services as follow: Viewing at Funeraria Memorial Plan San Jose located at 250 E 4th Ave Hialeah, Florida 33010 On Friday April 30th, 2021 at 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM & Burial at Vista Memorial Gardens on Saturday May 1, 2021 at 11:00 AM.
