Hubert Winston Bailey resident of Doral, formerly of Jamaica, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 47. He is survived by his beloved wife Mariana Rivas, loving mother Ethel Burke, dear siblings Donna, Pauline, Sharon, Norma, Vincent, Carey & Erica, and his many adored nephews and nieces.
