Hans D Estrada's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of Hans Estrada, a dedicated firefighter with the Miami Beach Fire Department, who passed away on May 7th, 2026.
Born on January 2nd, 1974, in Boaco, Nicaragua, Hans was the beloved son of Jose & Julia Estrada. Hans loved nature, a juicy steak, and a good scotch. He dedicated 17 years to serving the public by embodying courage, selflessness, and a deep commitment to protecting others.
Hans is survived by his wife, Monica, and his children, Hans Jr. (24), Julia (21), and Lucas (18). Let’s say a prayer for his eternal rest and raise a drink to remember the good times.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Funeraria Memorial Plan Westchester. Church mass will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church at 12:00 pm. Graveside service to follow at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery.
