Mr. J was always willing to teach and help. My fondest memory is our trip to Lake Cumberland. I'm up super early marinating steaks and cutting potatoes. Jerry comes down and we have a great conversation about life. Afterwards, he looks at me and says " where's my plate?". Mr. J always asked about my sons and if I needed anything...never took him up on it because in truth, he had already given me what was needed...a friend. The Cortese family will always be in my prayers and Mr. J...I did listen. Rest peacefully, my friend.
