The last time we saw you Franco was many many years ago, when you visited us with Liliane. At that time, we were living in Wallington New Jersey and you were still stationed at West Point. We had such a great time together, sharing our experiences as married couples and as parents. As we shared a good dinner, we joked and laughed together during the entire evening. Franco, you were the kind of guy who left your marks wherever you went. Your million dollars smile reflected your kind personality and your “joie de vivre”. God had a purpose for you on earth and now your mission is terminated. May you Rest In Peace! Our sincere condolences to Liliane and the Family.

Going back in times around 1980 when we regularly visited you and Lilianne and the kids at West Point, NY. This was the times ours families started bonding and never separated. We recalled lots of precious moments that will last forever. Thank you Franco for being you, friendly, at ease and genuine. We will miss you and will meet again. Rest in Peace Dear friend. Notre amitié a commençé tout au haut de la Ruelle N de Déprez que je visitais souvant, tu sais pourquoi. Après ton départ et, plus tard, le mien en 1968 ce fut Fort Buchannan à Puerto Rico Lt. Haspil. Le tennis tous les soirs et les promenades en fin de semaines avec Lilianne et Michael, encore bébé. Ton départ pour une autre mission fut une douloureuse séparation. A partir de là ce furent de nombreuses visites à différents postes où tu te trouvais. T'avoir choisi pour être le parrain de ma fille Tamara fut une bonne décision. Tu es donc devenu mi "Compadre". Après, les rencontres furent nombreusent tant à Miami que ici à Puerto Rico (la célébration de mes 60 et le marriage de ta filleule). Sans oublier Haïti quand Harold nous a quitté. FRANCO, MERCI !! JE NE T'OUBLIERAI JAMAIS. Lilianne, Michael, Thierry, Dominique et las Nietas, nous sommes avec vous de tout coeur en un moment tellement difficile.

Franz will be missed. He was a beautiful person and very family oriented. I am so sorry for his loss. May his family find peace knowing he is in a good place and watching over everyone.

Papa Franco, you will be missed. You have left a hole in the heart of all those who knew and loved you. You were taken too soon from us, but will never be forgotten. My deepest condolences to the whole family, especially his wife, Marrraine (Liliane Haspil), his children Mike, Nicky, and Thierry and his grandaughters, Jordan and Jasmine.
