Florentino T. Guzmán, born on August 11, 1938, in Havana, Cuba, entered eternal rest peacefully on January 9, 2025, in Hackensack, New Jersey. He was the beloved son of Florentino and Saturnina.
Florentino is lovingly remembered by his daughter, his cherished grandchildren, his son-in-law, and his former wife. He was preceded in death by his brother, Roberto, and sister, Soledad.
A visitation to celebrate and honor Florentino’s life will take place on Thursday, January 23rd from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and Friday, January 24th from 9:00 a.m. to noon at Miami Memorial Westchester Funeral Home, located at 9800 SW 24th Street in Miami. A prayer service led by Father Albert Lahens, Jr., Pastor of St. Edward’s Catholic Church, will follow at noon at the funeral home before the burial service at 1:00 p.m. at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery at 6200 SW 77th Avenue.
